Description

This is a 1951 Counter Stool, redesigned by Adrian van Hooydonk of BMW Designworks for Emeco in 2003. Adrian created an updated version of this stool that retains Emeco's DNA, yet looks forward. The design has a clean, straightforward form, but the frame has a new, more 'dynamic' stance. The frames are made with handmade brushed-aluminum, and these examples feature blue recycled-plastic seats and backs. The stools are suitable for outdoor use, and are easily stackable. The listed price includes one stool, and we have twelve stools available for purchase.

Each stool measures 19.5 inches deep, 19 inches wide, and 36.5 inches high. They have a seat height of 24 inches. The pieces are all in similarly terrific shape. There are some light scratches and scuffs on the legs and the seats. Overall, these counter stools are in very good condition with light wear. Please see photos.

When do orders ship?

You can see estimated lead times under "Delivery", above.

Newly made items ship from a warehouse or are made-to-order. There may be a lead time depending on the piece. We'll keep you updated if there is.

What is Freight shipping?

Freight shipping is how most furniture is shipped: secured by hand on a pallet and transported on a truck.

Furniture arrives curbside, often on the shipping pallet for protection.

Freight shipments can take longer and are more costly than regular mail, but help to prevent damage to furniture during delivery.
