Description

The Sild Series brings trays that double as serving platters shaped from teak in a timeless herringbone pattern that highlight the enduring beauty of wood and great, simple design.
A cutting board and a serving platter in one versatile design, the elegant herringbone pattern displays the different shades and grains of teak used to make it. Sild Trays are made with leftover pieces of teak from furniture production to minimize waste in a beautiful way. Its name comes from the Danish word for herring. The Sild Tray is treated with food-safe oil.

The Sild Series was designed by contemporary Danish designer Søren Refsgaard who follows the Scandinavian design tradition, focusing on details and the holistic approach to create superior designs that blend form, function and materials.

You can see estimated lead times under "Delivery", above.

Newly made items ship from a warehouse or are made-to-order. There may be a lead time depending on the piece. We'll keep you updated if there is.

What is Freight shipping?

Freight shipping is how most furniture is shipped: secured by hand on a pallet and transported on a truck.

Furniture arrives curbside, often on the shipping pallet for protection.
