By Warren Platner for Knoll
Platner Side Table 3710T
This is a Platner Side Table, model 3710T, originally designed by Warren Platner for Knoll in 1966. This particular example features a bronzed-steel base and has a glass top. It dates to the late 1960s. The listed price includes one table, and we currently have two available for purchase. We acquired these along with a full set of Platner pieces from the same estate, some of which had original labels, so through that we are able to confirm 1960s production.
Each table measures 15.75 in diameter and 18 inches high. These vintage tables show some patina on their bronzed-steel frames, and there is some light rust at the bottom of bases. The plastic extrusion rings on the bottom are a bit scratched and loose. There are some errant scratches to the glass when looking closely. Overall, these pieces are in good vintage condition with some signs of age apparent. Please see photos.
