Oxford Chair Model 3272 (2008)
Made by Fritz Hansen
This is an Oxford desk or dining chair with arms, Model 3272, originally designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen in 1965. These examples date to 2008 and were produced in Denmark. The listed price includes one chair, and we have several available for purchase. Their design features cream leather upholstery applied over a foam-covered bent-wood shell, and has a cast-aluminum 5-point base on casters. These particular chairs have a pneumatic lift allowing for height adjustment if desired.
Each chair measures 23.5 inches deep, 24 inches wide, and 50 inches high. They have an arm height of 26 inches, and a seat height of 16.5 inches. Their adjustable pneumatic bases provide an adjustment of +/- 5". They are all in good shape and have seen light use. They are a bit darker along the edges and at the corners, and their bases and arms show some scuffs and light scratches. Overall, these chairs are in very good condition with light wear.
