Description
This is a set of 4 Cesca chairs, model B64, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1928. These examples were manufactured by Knoll in the 1980s. The chairs feature tubular chromed-steel cantilever bases, and have oak wood arms. The design also features a molded plywood seat and back. The upholstery fabric is done in a thick durable blue-green material.
The listed price includes the set of four chairs. Each chair measures 23.5 inches wide, 23.5 inches deep, and 31.5 inches high. They have a seat height of 17.75 inches, and an arm height of 27 inches. The chromed-steel cantilever bases are in very good condition with no pitting. The upholstery is also in very good condition showing slight wear. The chairs remain vintage pieces and will exhibit signs of light wear from use. Please see photos.
