Description
This is a classic Bertoia side chair, model 420c, designed in 1952 by Harry Bertoia for Knoll International. These particular examples date to the mid-2010’s. The listed price includes one chair, and we have two chairs available for individual purchase. Their design consists of a welded chromed-steel wire seat & back in a satin finish, and has a light blue vinyl Knoll seat pad. Each chair is emblazoned with the Knoll imprint on the back of the seat, a standard implemented by Knoll in 2004.
Each chair measures 22.5 inches long, 21 inches wide, and 30 inches high. The seat height is 17.75 inches. There may be a few small scrapes to the satin finish on bases. The vinyl seats may have some small stains apparent. Overall, these chairs are in very good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
