French Pine Coffee Table
Description
This is a Large Rectangular Coffee Table, composed of stained French Pine. The design features a base with classic mortise and tenon joinery, and it has a grid motif on its top surface. The silhouette is reminiscent of designs by Pierre Chapo and Guillerme et Chambron, but no labels or stamps are visible. The wood has a lovely patina and lots of character, with nubby knots and a fine grain.
This table measures 33 inches long, 78.75 inches wide, and 17.75 inches high. There is a gap between two of the boards on the top of the piece, and there are some rings on the surface. Due to the weathered nature of the table, these imperfections seemingly blend in. Overall, this table is solid and is in great shape. Please see photos.
