Description
This is a rare FK 81 and FK 81H lounge chair and ottoman, designed by Preben Fabricius and Jørgen Kastholm, produced by Kill International circa mid 1960s. These are exceptionally rare and of the few examples to come to market, one was from the estate of designer Harvey Probber. This pair came from an estate in Manhattan. The leather is seemingly original and in remarkably nice condition for its age. See photos. The original label is also intact.
The chair measures 31 inches tall by 31.5 inches wide and 31 inches deep. The ottoman measures 31 inches wide by 17.75 inches deep and 14 inches tall.
