Description
This is an original Children’s Womb lounge chair, Model 70LS, initially designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1948. This particular example was manufactured by Knoll in the USA circa 2022. The piece features a seat that is formed of foam-covered molded fiberglass, and it has tubular chromed-steel legs. It retains its original Knoll white leather upholstery.
This chair measures 28 inches deep, 31 inches wide, and is 27.25 inches high. It has a seat height of 14.5 inches, and an arm height of 17 inches. The chromed-steel legs are in great shape, and the white leather is quite clean. Overall, this chair is in excellent condition. Please see photos.
