Description
This is a set of four Cesca Arm Chairs, originally designed by Marcel Breuer in 1928. These particular examples were manufactured by Knoll / Gavina in Italy in the 1960s. The classic design features a chromed-steel tubular cantilever base, and has a caned seat and back encased in a frame of beech.
These examples came from a home in Florida with a stunning original set of Wassily chairs with original Knoll and Gavina labels (though these do not retain labels other than the Made in Italy stickers).
The listed price includes all four chairs to be sold together as a set.
Each chair measures 23.5 inches long, 23.5 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high, with a seat height of 18 inches. These pieces show wear consistent with previous use, including scuffs, scratches, and corrosion on the frames. The caning remains intact and in good condition. The beech wood frames show minor scuffs and scrapes at corners. Overall, these chairs are in very good vintage condition. Please see photos.

Do you deliver to NYC?
Yes, in-stock items can often be delivered to NYC quickly by our skilled couriers. Pieces are delivered by hand to your residence. This typically takes 1-2 weeks for items stocked at our warehouse in PA.
