Description
This is an original Barcelona Coffee Table, initially designed by Mies van der Rohe in 1929. This vintage example dates to the 1960s and was produced by Knoll, marked appropriately on the underside of its base with the KP imprint. The base is comprised of hand-polished steel and has developed a nice patina over the years, though we can have this piece professionally re-polished if so desired. The thick glass top is present.
This table measures 40 inches deep and wide, and stands 17 inches tall. The metal frame measures 38 inches in depth and width, and it is 16.25 inches tall sans glass. There is patina to the steel, and the glass is in excellent condition with only scant signs of use. Overall, this piece is in good condition with light wear. Please see photos.
