102 Bench
Description
This is a 102 Bench, initially designed by Jorge Zalszupin for his company L'Atelier in 1959. This example dates to the 2010s. The design was reissued by the luxury design house ETEL Design in 2012. The design features a minimalist steel base that is powder-coated in black, and it has a wooden platform that is made with American Black Walnut. It has two upholstered cushions that are done in a red suede. The piece embodies the Brazilian Modernist Movement that emerged in the 1950s.
The bench measures 24 inches long, 96 inches wide, and 12 inches high. The seat height is approximately 13 inches. The base shows scratches and scuffs, and the walnut slab shows scratches. There are some small chips on the edges of the wood. The suede cushions show scratches. Overall, this bench is in good vintage condition. Please see photos.

Do you deliver to NYC?
Yes, in-stock items can often be delivered to NYC quickly by our skilled couriers. Pieces are delivered by hand to your residence. This typically takes 1-2 weeks for items stocked at our warehouse in PA.
