We invite A&D / Trade clients to schedule a 30-minute one-on-one tour of Rarify x Frank Weise: Carriage House, located at the late Philadelphia architect's private home and studio.

Visitors are invited to learn about Rarify's A&D Trade services including furniture procurement and Rarify's exclusively represented new products.

Rarify has transformed the Weise House into a showroom and gallery. We’ve furnished the former home and studio with renowned works by Tecta, Lehni, Midgard, NM3, HIDA Sangyo alongside select vintage pieces and custom furniture by Christian Borger.

Frank Weise was an American architect, urbanist, and urban planner. An architect of protean talent, Weise studied under the likes of Marcel Breuer, Walter Gropius, Louis Kahn, and William Lescaze. Carriage House, located at 307 S. Chadwick Street, is Frank Weise’s magnum opus, as well as his longtime home and studio. Weise worked on the home progressively and incrementally for over 50 years.

To us, the home is poetry in architectural form. We hope you’re able to celebrate this high-point of Philadelphia modernism with us.
