Two-Position Credenza
By Florence Knoll for Knoll
Description
This is a Florence Knoll Two-Position Credenza, initially designed by Florence Knoll in 1958. This particular example came from the IBM Headquarters and was produced in 1981. It has a case composed of oak wood, and has a top in white and grey marble. There are three drawers on the right side with chromed steel pulls and one cabinet door on the left side. The piece also features a fully finished back, which was an expensive upgrade when purchasing new.
The credenza measures 18 inches deep, 37.5 inches wide, and is 25.25 inches high. This piece does show wear consistent with use including some surface blemishes to the wood. The white marble top in excellent condition and was freshly re-polished. Overall, this piece is in very good vintage condition. Please see photos.
