Description

This is a Walnut Conference or Dining Table, designed by Jens Risom and produced by his company Jens Risom Design Inc.in the 1960s. The silhouette appeared in a 1959 Risom catalog and was known as the model T 180. It has a hint of a surfboard shape, but is slightly tapered at each end. The walnut has a handsome defined grain pattern. While Risom is perhaps best known for his designs for Knoll, this piece hails from his own design firm which he opened in 1946. The piece has been freshly refinished.

The table measures 42 inches deep in the middle, and is 36 inches deep at its ends. It is 96 inches wide and stands 29 inches high. While we’ve had the piece refinished, it still shows some light scratches. If so desired, we can darken the finish so that it hides the scratches. Overall, this table is in very good condition. Please see photos.

What is Freight shipping?

Freight shipping is how most furniture is shipped: secured by hand on a pallet and transported on a truck.
