Louis Ghost Armchair (Set of 2)
Made by Kartell
The Louis Ghost Armchair was designed in 2002 by the French industrial designer Philippe Starck. Philippe Starck chair designs are known to be playful, experimental and innovative in their use of material — and this is no exception.
Starck created the Louis Ghost chair for Kartell as a contemporary interpretation of a classical Louis XVI armchair, manufactured in an iconic, transparent plastic that Kartell is known for in the design world.
Philippe Starck Ghost Chairs were made in a few versions since 2002, including the armless Victoria Ghost chair. It should be noted that counterfeit examples of Phillipe Starck's designs are common, particularly for this product line.
This example is guaranteed authentic and is imported directly from Kartell's workshop in Italy.
