The Allegretto lamps are the result of harmonious, slim silhouettes, which form three-dimensional shapes and games of light and shadow, in three variations on the main theme. A precious golden glow distinguishes the Allegretto Assai suspension lamp: a contemporary design gem. The copper-plated finish of Allegretto Vivace lends this suspension lamp warm reflections and a charming personality.
Allegretto was designed by Atelier Oi, A trio of designers whose aim is to overcome the limits between various project and product genres, pooling together several disciplines and materials. The “Troika” of Atelier Oï consists of Aurel Aebi, Armand Louis and Patrick Reymond. From the onset, the studio has aimed at breaking down the barriers between the various spheres of design and at emphasizing the cross-contamination possibilities of the various disciplines. For Foscarini it created the Allegro and Allegretto project, lamps whereby a game of slim metal elements creates unprecedented shapes, harmonies and light effects. High-tech and sprightly, the Allegretto Ritmico suspension lamp boasts a graphite hue that emphasizes its contemporary design.
