The Allegro suspension lamps are a concept combining lighting effects with graphic design with their altogether special way of distinguishing and light a setting, Allegro Vivace consists of elemental geometric silhouettes clad with copper-plated reflections. A criss-crossing of two different shapes leads to the creation of the Allegro Ritmico suspension lamp, which is distinguished by a high-tech graphite finish. With its truly impressive dimensions, Allegro Assai is distinguished by the colour gold, which enhances its warm personality.
Allegro was designed by Atelier Oi, A trio of designers whose aim is to overcome the limits between various project and product genres, pooling together several disciplines and materials. The “Troika” of Atelier Oï consists of Aurel Aebi, Armand Louis and Patrick Reymond. From the onset, the studio has aimed at breaking down the barriers between the various spheres of design and at emphasizing the cross-contamination possibilities of the various disciplines. For Foscarini it created the Allegro and Allegretto project, lamps whereby a game of slim metal elements creates unprecedented shapes, harmonies and light effects.
