We have been shipping furniture to our valued customers for over 15 years.Despite the high cost to ship large, sensitive furniture items, we always strive to make shipping as inexpensive for you as possible. As a buyer, you typically pay for shipping costs and we arrange professional packing and delivery by experienced furniture shippers and carriers. |

Shipping Methods
The following Shipping Methods or others may be offered at checkout:
Request a Shipping QuoteSelecting this option does not apply free shipping to your order. A request is sent to Rarify to review your order and provide a shipping quote. You may also reach out to info@rarify.co prior to checkout for quotes. |
Free ShippingBasic shipping provided at no charge, selected at our discretion based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Does not include white-glove service. For freight-eligible items, free shipping is provided as LTL curbside delivery. White-glove service or delivery appointments may be requested for an additional fee. |
Standard ShippingBasic shipping selected at our discretion based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. Does not include white-glove service. Customer PickupSome in-stock products may be available for free customer self-pickup at our central, PA warehouses, or from one of Rarify's partner facilities in the US. Rarify's warehouses are open from 9am to 5pm EST, Monday through Friday, and closed on Holidays. USM Modular Furniture orders may be eligible for free pickup in New York city depending on inventory. Orders may be picked up from Inwood, NY or Soho, depending on availability. Please confirm with us in advance of any customer pickup by emailing info@rarify.co. |
Freight / Curbside Freight / LTL FreightDelivery via freight carrier for large or heavy items that cannot ship by parcel. Shipments are delivered curbside unless otherwise stated, to the nearest accessible point at street level. The recipient is responsible for bringing the item inside and removing debris. Appointment scheduling may be available but is not guaranteed; carriers may quote additional costs if extra services are requested. Some delivery addresses may require special accommodations outside of Rarify's control such as a "Short Truck" for narrow or winding streets, Lift Gate Service, or others. Please notify us if you believe your address may have special requirements. |
Blanket Wrapper / White Glove / Local Courier / Walk-up serviceHand delivery by a professional local courier using padded, blanket-wrapped transport. Delivery is typically scheduled in advance with an approximate time window, and the courier may contact the recipient directly to coordinate. Typically completed within 1–3 weeks of order ship date, depending on location and delivery requirements. Deliveries do not include assembly unless requested and/or quoted. |
ParcelStandard small-package shipping via a national carrier (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). Tracking is typically provided. Delivery occurs at the carrier’s discretion without appointment or in-home placement. Signature not required at delivery unless requested by customer. |
International ShippingShipping methods vary by destination and item type and require a custom quote. Lead times are longer than domestic shipments and are provided as estimates only. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. |

"Free Shipping" options, if offered, are only available within continental USA.
- We do not offer free shipping unless explicitly stated at checkout on our website, https://rarify.co.
- We are unable to offer free international shipping at this time.
- At checkout, "Request a Shipping Quote" options do not grant or imply free shipping on an order.
Lead Times
Lead Times are estimates and can change. Details are as follows:
1. Lead Times for Newly Manufactured ProductsLead times for newly manufactured products vary. If an item is in stock, it may ship from a third-party warehouse in the US, internationally, or it may be stocked at our facilities in central PA. We provide estimates of lead times on product pages. Though we strive for accuracy when listing estimates, this cannot be guaranteed, and availability is subject to changes outside of our control. We will contact you if your order is impacted by significant delays or changes in lead time. |
2. Lead Times for Vintage ProductsVintage products are generally held in-stock at our central PA warehouses, and typically ship out within approximately 1-2 weeks following order payment in full. Most vintage items can ship out within just a few business days. Vintage items are professionally packed and shipped by our shipping partners in Lebanon, PA. |
3. Lead Times for Other Products In-Stock at Our Central PA WarehousesAny other products held in-stock at our central PA warehouses typically ship out within approximately 1-2 weeks following order payment in full. Most of these items can ship out within just a few business days. |
4. Lead Times for Made-to-Order, Imported, Custom or Special Order ProductsProducts that are made-to-order, imported from abroad, customized or otherwise considered a "special-order" by Rarify may have longer lead times. We will likely contact you directly if your order falls into this category. |
Import Duties, Taxes, and Tariffs
Certain orders may involve import duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by customs authorities. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping rates unless explicitly stated.

Orders Sourced From Abroad for U.S. Delivery
If your order is fulfilled by a supplier located outside the United States and imported on your behalf, we will contact you after your order is placed with a detailed quote for any applicable import duties, tariffs, and related fees. Your approval and payment of these charges will be required before your order is released for delivery. Failure to approve or pay within the stated timeframe may result in order delays, returns, or cancellations, subject to applicable restocking or shipping fees. -
Orders Delivered to Addresses Outside the United States
For orders shipped directly to destinations outside the United States, the recipient is solely responsible for paying all duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees directly to the carrier or customs authority. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not collected or billed by us.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to comply with all import regulations and pay any applicable charges as described above.
Non-Refundable Charges
All taxes, import duties, tariffs, and related fees—whether billed by us or paid directly to a carrier or customs authority—are non-refundable in all cases, including cancellations, returns, or refusal of delivery.

When checking out on https://rarify.co, you may encounter the option to request a shipping quote. Here's how our shipping quotes work:

As a customer, you may request a shipping quote at checkout by selecting an applicable option. Please note: requesting a shipping quote does not apply free shipping to your order, even though it doesn't cost anything to place the quote request. Placing a quote request may be listed as "free", which does not apply free shipping to your order. You will complete payment for your order, not including any applicable shipping costs, and will pay for shipping later once quoted.

Third-party platforms may not display rates correctly.
If you use a third party platform to check out, such as Shop Pay or PayPal, we cannot guarantee that our shipping options, including the option to request a shipping quote, will display correctly. Rarify cannot be held responsible for third-party platforms and the way shipping options are displayed on them. For example, you may encounter a shipping option that displays as "free shipping" when intending to request a free shipping quote.

We will find the best rate for you and send you an invoice for shipping.
Once we find you the best rate for your shipment, we will send an invoice and/or email to you with your shipping quote. Any outstanding balances for shipping or for your order will be invoiced at this time. Once we receive payment for shipping quoted, we will finalize and place your order.

You may request a refund for your order if you're not satisfied with your shipping quote.
If you decide to cancel your order once you receive your shipping quote, we are happy to issue a full refund for the amount already paid. We cannot issue refunds for an amount greater than the total paid in the applicable order not yet fulfilled.
Shipping Costs are Estimates
Any shipping costs we list on our website https://rarify.co or during checkout are estimates, although we frequently check our listed rates to make sure they're as accurate as possible. Rates are subject to changes from time to time and may be affected by conditions outside of our control such as changes in regulations or with customs and border protection.
International Shipping
International shipping is typically available upon request and is not offered free-of-charge. Customs fees, taxes and duties may apply depending on your country and location. We are not responsible for any unexpected complications, fees, taxes or duties outside of our control for international shipments.
