We try to work with our customers to resolve most claims to the best of our ability. Please contact us at info@rarify.co for questions about Returns, Replacements or Refunds. Our Return and Refund Policy is below:

Faulty Orders: Notify Us Within 24 Hours of Order Receipt

To request a return or refund, contact customer support at info@rarify.co.

If your item arrives genuinely "Faulty", we will offer a reasonable replacement or refund provided you notify us upon receipt of your order within 24 hours and we are able to confirm that the claim is legitimate.

Photos of the item and its packaging are useful in helping us to determine if an item is Faulty.

An item is considered "Faulty" only if it has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit that materially affects its structure, function, or intended use. “Faulty” does not include normal variations in materials, grain, finish, patina, color, texture, minor surface marks, or characteristics inherent to handmade, vintage, or natural materials, nor does it include issues arising from expected wear (for example, in Vintage items), misuse, improper installation, environmental conditions, or normal aging.

Return Window

When a return request is granted, customers have 30 days to return the faulty item unless otherwise specified by our customer support staff. Because our products ship from various fulfillment locations including third party or international warehouses, Rarify reserves the right to require different return windows depending on each order's circumstances, provided Rarify gives customers notice of the requirements for their return.


Change-of-Mind or Discretionary Return Requests Not Accepted

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind, discretionary, or preference-based reasons. Variations in color, finish, texture, or materials as they appear on different device screens versus in person are expected and do not qualify as defects or grounds for return. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. Vintage or used items may show signs of wear and use.


Order Cancellations

We will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests via email at info@rarify.co. Generally, the following guidelines are how we handle requests. Some orders may be subject to exceptions outside of our control. Cancellation requests for orders that cannot be cancelled are generally considered Change-of-Mind or Discretionary Return Requests.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are typically responsible for return shipping costs, but if an item is confirmed by Rarify to be genuinely faulty, we may also reimburse reasonable return postage.


Returned Items Found to be Undamaged

If a return is approved for an undamaged item, the customer is responsible for both the initial and return shipping charges. We reserve the right to decline refunds for items found to be undamaged.


Shipping Methods for Replacement Items

The shipment of replacement items will be done via the same shipping method as originally arranged for a customer's order. Replacements can only be shipped to the same Shipping Address as originally specified.


Transit Damage & Carrier Claims

If an item is damaged in transit, the issue may be subject to a claim with the shipping carrier. While we will reasonably assist with documentation where possible, damage occurring during transit is the responsibility of the carrier and not Rarify. Any resolutions, reimbursements, or determinations are handled by the carrier in accordance with their claims process.


Non-Refundable Charges

Some taxes, import duties, tariffs, and related fees—whether billed by us or paid directly to a carrier or customs authority—may not be refundable in all cases, including but not limited to cases of order cancellation, returns, or refusal of delivery.
