Series 430 Chair
Verner Panton designed the Series 430 Chair as a study in simplicity, while providing the same comfort as an armchair. He did so by applying traditional webbing to the fully upholstered seat to adjust for body weight and create a wide nestling backrest and place it on a slender elegant frame that mounts on the outside of the seat and back. Verner Panton was one of the 20th century's most celebrated architects, industrial designers and textile designers. His work is characterized by expressive, curved forms, vivid colors and bold patterns. Some of Panton's other most famous designs include the Cone Chair, the Heart Chair, and the Cloverleaf Sofa. Rarify is an authorized dealer for authentic Verpan products, including many of these iconic works. Stackability: 3-4 chairs on floor/ 8 on trolley Plastic gliders and CMHR foam available on request.
