Belleville Chair — Plastic
Made by Vitra
The Belleville Chair's seat shell defines the identity of the elegantly curved chair. Visual references for the Belleville Chair can be found in the classic French bistro furnishings and lively atmosphere of this Parisian quarter. It is suitable for use outdoors on a temporary or seasonal basis, following care instructions.
Belleville was designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec. The Bouroullec's studio was founded in 1999 and has since been engaged in design for some of today's most recognized brands including Vitra, Cappellini, Magis, Nanimarquina, Kvadrat, HAY, and others. Their work can be seen in parks (their outdoor furniture collection) and yet also in museums such as the Centre Pomidou and Museum of Modern Art in New York.
