This is a 2011 Hemp Sail Two-Seat Sofa, designed by John Hutton for Holly Hunt. The design features an exposed frame of brown stained oak, and has thick cream tweed fabric upholstery. The box cushions on the seat and back are substantial, allowing for maximum comfort while remaining tailored in form. The quality and workmanship of Holly Hunt’s pieces is outstanding, with no stitch or detail overlooked.

The sofa measures 33.5 inches deep, 83.5 inches wide, and 33.5 inches high. It has a seat height of 19 inches. There are some slight scuffs on the legs and the arms, and there are some tiny pulls on the tweed upon close examination. There is some discoloration on the fabric on the seat, and the piece would benefit from a steam clean. The tweed incorporates Dacron which provides stain resistance, and we believe the fabric should clean up nicely. The loose back cushions show light creasing at their sides. Overall, this sofa is in good condition with some signs of use. Please see photos.
