Between Lines Deck Chair
Made by Fritz Hansen
Natural in both function and design, the Between Lines Deck Chair is a modern take on the American Adirondack. It features long, angular lines that are perfectly positioned for comfort. Made from FSC™-certified teak, the timeless piece will patinate beautifully over time to a silver-grey hue.
Detailed to resemble the wooden slats of the series’ deck chair, the Between Lines Cushion (sold separately) is made from Oeko-Tex®-certified, weather-resistant fabric to retain its beauty come rain or shine. The fast-drying, breathable design is filled with supportive quick-dry outdoor foam for supreme sitting comfort.
Made with comfort, quality and durability in mind, the Between Lines series has a restful expression which makes it perfect for enjoying life slowly in the great outdoors.
The Between Lines Series was designed by Stine Weigelt, a designer with a culturally diverse and contrasting upbringing, from a forest house in a Danish railway town to Tanzania in Africa, and from Memphis Tennessee in the US to the City of Smiles in Denmark, Aarhus. Her practical approach to design revolves around inventing and testing, often determining new forms and expressions through the meeting of her hands and chosen materials. She has a fascination with how living materials can shift form, color, or surface.
