Description
These are Saarinen Executive Chairs, Model 71 APC, originally designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1950. These particular examples date to 2007. The listed price includes one chair, and we have several chairs available for purchase. Their design features legs of polished tubular stainless steel and has an upholstered seat and back. They are currently upholstered in a light pinky-red fabric with a repeat circle pattern, designed by Hella Jongerius for Maharam.
Each chair measures 24.75 inches deep, 26 inches wide, and 31.5 inches high. They have an 18-inch seat height, and a 25-inch arm height. Each chair has the Knoll logo on its underside dustcover. The upholstery has a handful of small spots and shows a bit of fading. The bases have a few errant scratches, but present quite nicely. Overall, these chairs are in good condition with some wear apparent. Please see photos.
