Poul M. Volther was one of his times’ greatest exponents of functionalism and belonged to a generation of architects with roots in the furniture industry. Poul M. Volther loved the simple processing of fine materials and details.

The swivel lounge chair is built of four fully padded rounded shells, which clearly shows Volther’s sense of detail and high level of craftsmanship.

The seat and back are made of four separate pads of molded cold cured foam, fully upholstered in fabric or leather. The chair's frame is notably made from spring steel.

The Corona Ottoman is a beautiful extension of the Corona chair, capturing the essence of the functional. The ottoman measures 29.5" wide 19.3" long, and 18.5" high.
